We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip to Las Vegas. The space was immaculate, safe, and had everything we needed. The layout was ideal: plenty of room for the kids to play without us feeling cramped, and the backyard was a huge bonus. The grill was perfect for a cook out! The host went above and beyond—super communicative and thoughtful. If you're visiting Vegas with a family and want a peaceful, clean, and well-equipped home to come back to after a busy day—this is it.

Truly a Lifesaver – The Best Airbnb Experience We’ve Ever Had We had an incredible experience staying at William’s beautiful home. After having to leave a disappointing situation at another Airbnb, we were scrambling to find a place last minute for a large group who came into town for a family function. Within 15 minutes of booking, William welcomed us with open arms—and truly saved our trip. The house itself is stunning: spacious, clean, & thoughtfully designed to accommodate multiple families comfortably. The decor is beautiful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large & inviting & the backyard is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. From his well-stocked coffee stations to helpful labels around the home, it’s clear that William has thought of everything to make guests feel at home. William was friendly, responsive, attentive, & genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality was above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Thank you!

William cam through in the clutch and was super involved during the process. My team and I had to respond to an emergency environmental event north of LV early Monday morning on 4/21. After we mitigated the event William was key on getting us housing same day with at a moments notice and had us checked in with an hour and a half. Thanks again to William and his beautiful residence

Place is very comfortable, cozy the hot tub helps you take the edge of a hard day at work. The back yard , very peaceful and great for some meditation before getting a day started. I would recommend this place 100 times great job William , we will rebook again

I spent a month here while I worked remotely, had a few groups of friends pass through and stay with me, and explored the Las Vegas area. This was a wonderful place to live for a few weeks, close to everything but peaceful. Will was a great and very communicative host, I had some small issues figuring out the main shower and some quirks with the hot tub, he was patient and kind with me throughout. Highly recommend.

William’s place was incredible! Very well equipped and the place looked even better than on pictures! I had a great time at the villa! William was also a great host, responses was very quick and he was very helpful with all the questions I had. I’d very much recommend staying at this place, you definitely won’t regret it and will have a great time there.

Great house! Very spacious and comfortable. The backyard is amazing as well. The entire house feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kitchen provided a lot of space for me and family to cook a nice dinner. Everything in the house is well organized and in the right place. I would stay here again without a doubt. Our family vacation was saved by William! I am so grateful that he opened his home to our family. We had booked a different air b and b from a different host months ago to have to cancel the same day we arrived I quickly had to find another home and was so blessed and lucky to have found Williams property, William was able to get us booked and in his home within an hour of us requesting his home he literally saved my family from not having a place to stay for our trip. I cannot thank William enough. His home is beautiful I felt like I was in my own home the kitchen was completely stocked, the pool was clean the hot tub was so relaxing the back yard was beautifully set up with seating areas everywhere. We had three families with kids that stayed and we were all so comfortable. He really knows the true meaning of hosting. I appreciated the way the home was set up everything you could need is visible and accessible. This will be our forever getaway home. Love Love Love
